About the Artist

Don McCullough is the inventor of a unique art form: building sculptures in fine lead-free pewter mixed with silver, crafted one drop at a time using soldering irons. His work is entirely freehand, each piece slowly formed through a process that emphasizes patience, precision, and originality.

Don’s sculptures have ranged from wildlife to likenesses of celebrity clients and even children playing sports, each capturing character and individuality through his distinctive method.

Hand built this one of a kind unique sculpture in fine lead free pewter with silver mixed one drop at a time, eight months to build, the composition of it process is found in the uniqueness of how it’s made all free hand, completed by mounting on a large piece of polished agate stone, hand painted and clear coated.
