About the Artist
Iris Peters began painting 15 years ago in Baltimore, but after moving to Vero Beach 10 years ago, she found inspiration in the beauty of colorful birds, florals, the ocean, and sea life. She paints in acrylic, somewhat realistically, but loves to exaggerate the colors. More recently, she has been exploring fluid art, a method that relies on color blends to create beautiful abstract results.
