About the Artist
Joseph Huynh is a self-taught artist originally from Vietnam, now living in Florida. He works with reclaimed materials sourced locally. The wood used for his canvases and frames once served as fencing before hurricanes brought it down. Most of his paints are also reclaimed house paint. Sea turtles are his primary subject, as he believes their eyes hold the mystery and secrets of the universe.
