About the Artist
Stacy Davis dreamed of becoming a professional artist at a young age and pursued that dream until the early 2000s. She studied art for a short period in school, but for personal reasons, she set aside her artistic path and became a CPA instead. In 2023, she decided it was time to return to her dream. Her life has taken her down many different paths, but she believes the one she’s on now is the best yet. Stacy loves creating works that bring the beauty of nature to life, exploring new techniques, experimenting with different mediums, and working across various subjects. She hopes viewers of her work gain a deeper appreciation for the beauty and magic of nature—and that her journey serves as inspiration and proof that dreams can come true with dedication and heart.

“Cosmic Hope”

I’ve always loved the night sky and how beautiful the stars can be. As I was painting this, I was torn between adding a bright “wishing” star or a shooting star. The feeling I was getting when painting the dark trees, of being swallowed up by darkness, inspired me to put a shooting star. For it is in some of our darkest times that we must remember to keep our chins up and have hope.
