A key element of the Space Coast Art Festival is our opportunity to inspire student artists. We take great pride in the creative effort of young artists and do our best to provide a community wide showcase. This year’s event was our biggest Student Art Show ever.
Each year, the Space Coast Art Festival awards $3500 to individual students and schools to support art education. Our program includes a T-shirt design contest for our volunteer shirts and the full Student Art show. Our program is free and open to all young artists grades K-12 attending any school in Brevard County public, private, charter, religious and home-schooled.
This year we registered 407 students participating in the show! This the most ever and up from 293 in 2024. We also had 39 participating schools compared to about 30 in previous years. We are so glad to see the participation of the students and support of the all art teachers involved.
We are grateful for the generous sponsors that support the cost of the student art show including the Community Foundation for Brevard, Florida Arts and Culture, Cocoa Beach Women’s Club, Viera Company and Space Coast Florida.
