Poster Design Contest for 60th Annual Festival 2025

Winning Artist receives $500

Artwork Requirements:

  • All artwork must be original and unpublished (i.e. the work has not been previously sold, publicly exhibited, or used in any other commercial or promotional context).
  • No A.I. or generated-art.
  • Open to Florida residents only.
  • Artwork should be designed with both Posters and T-shirts in mind to ensure adaptability.
  • Submissions will be judged based on originality, visual impact, representation of the Space Coast, and adaptability for marketing materials.
  • No sale or reproduction of selected work by the artist shall occur until after the festival.
  • The winning artist is expected to be available to autograph posters prior to the festival. If unavailable due to exceptional circumstances, accommodations may be discussed.

Contest Deadlines:

  • Submissions must be received no later than June 10, 2025.
  • Selection will be made by June 17, 2025 and entrants will be notified soon after.

Submission Instructions:

  • Submit Online via the Form on the Website. Uploaded files must not exceed 20MB. If selected, you will be required to provide a print-ready version.
  • File types allowed: .JPG, .JPEG, .PNG, .GIF
  • A maximum of 5 entries per person.

By submitting artwork, the artist grants Space Coast Art Festival (SCAF) a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify the artwork for promotional, commercial, and archival purposes, in both digital and print formats. Ownership of the original artwork remains with the artist.

Please upload your poster artwork in JPG, JPEG, PNG or GIF format. A maximum size of 20mb TOTAL for all submissions. Lower-resolution can be submitted initially, but a print-ready (300dpi) version will be required if chosen as winner.
