Festival Event Volunteers

Looking to get involved but can’t commit long-term? Festival Weekend Volunteer opportunities are a fantastic way to contribute to the magic of the event while fitting into your busy schedule. These roles are hands-on, fun, and perfect for anyone who wants to support the festival for just a day or two.

Here are some of the ways you can help during the festival weekend:

  • Student Art Assistant: Help set up student art displays, register artwork, or assist with returning art pieces.
  • Information & Survey Team: Welcome guests, hand out program guides, and collect valuable feedback from attendees through short surveys.
  • T-Shirt Sales: Assist with T-shirt sales, including handling cash or helping customers with card transactions.
  • Face Painting: Get creative by painting fun designs on kids’ faces and hands (materials and guidance provided).
  • Hands-On Children’s Art: Partner with the Brevard Zoo to guide kids through exciting art activities.
  • Artist Assistant & Booth Sitter: Help artists during check-in, distribute water, or provide temporary booth sitting for artist breaks (must be 18+).
