Welcome to the Space Coast Art Festival!
The art show is one of the top in the Southeast, drawing high-quality artists from throughout the nation. The festival kicks off Thanksgiving morning with a 5K Turkey Trot at 7:30 a.m. at Bailiwick Mall on Brevard Avenue. Entrants can run, walk or jog in this entertaining start to a fun-filled weekend.  On Friday night, paid guests have the opportunity to meet and chat with the Festival judges at the judges’ reception generally held at a private residence. They will also have an opportunity to meet the winning t-shirt/poster artist and receive an autographed poster.

The main show begins Saturday at 9 a.m. and runs until 5 p.m. The art show continues Sunday from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. There will be plenty of activities for the entire family, including the Margaret Heins Student Art Show (located on the grassy lot on South Brevard Avenue) where you will have the opportunity to view the work of many young artists from throughout Brevard County, children’s hands-on art, face-painting and live entertainment throughout the weekend. A variety of food and drink will be available at the food court throughout the show and at our local restaurants. Free Park-and-Ride service will be available at the Cape Royal Building and limited spaces (50 spots) at the Hilton Hotel in Cocoa Beach.

Greetings to all Space Coast Art Festival visitors in 2010
Thanks to you, we have a significant impact on the cultural and financial health of the Space Coast. We have an important request that will take just a few minutes of your time, and will help us to serve you, our valued visitors, even better.
We are participating in a project known as the Brevard County Cultural Marketing Initiative (CMI). The CMI is a survey-based effort designed to discover the best ways to promote arts, culture and other activities in Brevard County. The Space Coast Office of Tourism and Brevard Cultural Alliance have helped to promote these activities, and request your help.
Just click on this link: http://www.artsbrevard.org/survey and give us a few minutes of your time.
Note: data will be collected by Survey Monkey, an online company that provides this service for thousands of businesses and organizations. Your email address will not be collected (per privacy policy) nor any of your survey answers used for any other purpose. Please write SCAF for your first response ; the rest is easy. Thank you in advance for your support, and we look forward to seeing you again November 26th and 27th, 2011.
Thank you!
